Full Body, 2016 – 2019
Naughton Gallery, Queens University, Belfast

Full Body is a series of short experimental videos embedding original and found imagery to engage with concepts of mindfulness, wellbeing and identity in a digital age. By attempting to unshackle himself from the tendrils of social media, Martin questions our attitude towards slowing down the pace of our online consumption by focusing on aspects of physical and mental health such as nutrition, exercise and meditation.
